To obtain an idea of the t-shirt size you require measure a favourite t-shirt you already have - lay the t-shirt flat and:
- measure the t-shirt width across the chest from under the left arm seam to under the right arm seam with a tape measure,
- measure the t-shirt length from the top or shoulder of the t-shirt to the bottom hem of the t-shirt,
- compare your measurements to the sizes in our size comparison chart below.

All measurements in our size comparison chart are approximations and are not a guarantee of a perfect fit. Men's and Women's sizes have different chest and length measurements so be sure to use the correct size comparison chart.
It is better to have a t-shirt too loose than too tight so go up one size if you are still unsure. 100% cotton does shrink.
When you receive your t-shirt try the t-shirt on before removing any labels. If you purchase a t-shirt that does not fit return the t-shirt to us in new condition with the labels still attached and we will gladly exchange the t-shirt for another size.
